1. How to change your Name on facebook?
Go to https://register.facebook.com/editaccount.php and change as you desire. But note that the effect might not be immediate because facebook reviews each name change.

 2. How to change birth date on facebook?
Click on profile located at the top of the page, then click on “About” tab and finally click on “Contacts and basic Info”. Here you can edit your birthday.


3. How do I delete my facebook account permanently?
First, login to your account and go herehttps://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account and submit a request. Please note that account once deleted cannot be recovered.

4. I don’t want to receive Facebook notification on my email.
Good, because sometimes it’s really a headache to manage emails from facebook. To stop the email, go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=notifications and uncheck the desired option.

5. How do I delete old photo on Facebook?
Just open the photo you want to delete. Once the photo is fully loaded, take the mouse pointer over the photo and at the bottom of the photo, you will see some setting. There click on "option" and then click on "Delete this Photo".

6. How to block a person on facebook?
You can block a person by three ways.
i. Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=blocking and rest of the process is really easy.
ii. Go to the person’s profile page whom you want to block and on bottom right corner of his/her cover photo you will see three dots like "...". Click on these dots and the click on the block option.
iii. You can also block a person through the “Report” link located next to messages in your inbox.

7. How to remove older post in facebook?
Go to your “profile” page and go to the post that you want to delete. On the top right corner of that post, you will see down arrow. Click on that and few options will appear. Find Delete option among them and click it. That's it. This helps in maintaining a clean facebook wall and it is especially helpful when there are posts about applications rather then your actual thoughts.
