Average Penis size

If you are a guy, you have definitely wondered about how long should an average Penis be. The answer on the internet varies widely and the process to measure the average length also varies widely. So, finding a research that is scientific and diverse is difficult. But, British Journal of Urology International (BJUI) has published a well researched and detail analysis in this subject.

It uses data from 17 previous academic papers which includes a total of 15,521 men throughout the world. After the analysis of the data, they have come up with a number which they believe is the average length of flaccid and erect penis. According to BJUI the average erect penis length is about 5,16 inches and the length of flaccid penis is about 3.61 inches. Similarly, the girth of erect penis is 4.59 inches and the girth of flaccid penis is about 3.66 inches.

Some other misconception debunked by this study are

• No significant relation was found between race and penis size
• There is no relation between foot size and penis size.
• The stronger  statistically significant correlations were between flaccid stretched or erect length and height, which was found in four studies, although the correlations were not extremely strong.

It should be noted that the length of the Penis is highly affected by temperature, arousal level and sperm count.
