AshleyMadison.com a site that promotes discrete affairs for married men/women was hacked some time ago and huge data dump was available for download. This data dump from AshleyMadison.com also includes username and passwords of more than 36 million accounts registered on the site.
After a careful decryption of passwords, it was found that many users used the same password over and over again and its very easy to guess and hack.
